This work focuses on identifying high-leverage use cases and integrating AI into existing ways of working — while maintaining human judgment and perspective. The emphasis is on fit, coherence, and usefulness, not scale for its own sake.
Integration should make work clearer — not louder.
Examples of applied work may include:

About
My Mission
I work with executives who are navigating AI and rapid change and want a grounded, human-centered way to integrate it into their work. My approach combines strategic clarity with practical application, helping leaders think more clearly, make better decisions, and adapt without losing perspective.

I am a Certified AI Consultant, trained in designing AI strategies, training programs, and adoption frameworks that balance efficiency with humanity. My background spans sociology, information systems, and cross-cultural coaching disciplines that shape how I think about technology, behavior, and change.

Before focusing on AI, I spent years working in sports, wellness, and mindset coaching through inMotion-Coaching. That work, alongside my own experience as an endurance athlete, shaped how I understand adaptation, resilience, and long-term effort.

I qualified for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships — and have qualified multiple times for the Boston Marathon — experiences that reinforced how progress unfolds over long timelines, through consistency, recalibration, and sustained effort. I am currently working toward qualifying again, with the same mindset I bring to my work: attentive, adaptive, and grounded in the reality of changing conditions.
